Shipping policy

1. Dispatch

Our goal is to dispatch your online order as soon as possible, but please allow several business days for the shipment to leave our warehouses.

2. Delivery Rates

Our standard delivery rates are shown on the main page, during checkout, and in the Customer Support section under “Most Asked Questions”.

3. Delivery Time

If an item is in stock, we usually dispatch it within 3 working days after receiving your order.

Please note: Occasionally, items marked as “in stock” may sell out quickly. If this happens and we can’t ship your order within the expected time, we’ll contact you to agree on the next steps.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Attempts

  • We deliver through a third-party delivery company who may require a signature upon delivery.
  • If you’re not home, the courier may leave a note with collection instructions.
  • If you don’t collect your order within 14 days from the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge you any related costs and/or apply additional storage or return fees.

5. Shipping Address & Liability

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
  • If the address is incorrect, neither we nor the third-party delivery company can guarantee delivery of the package, and we accept no responsibility for this.
  • We recommend using a daytime address where your parcel can be signed for or safely received.
  • If you cannot receive the package during business hours, we recommend choosing a delivery to a pick-up point where you may collect it later.

6. Estimated Delivery Date

An estimated delivery date will be provided by the third-party delivery company.

  • If you have any questions regarding your package while it’s on the way, please contact the delivery company directly.
  • Delays may occur due to Events Outside Our Control (see clause [2.10] in our Terms & Conditions).

7. Delivery Areas

We ship to countries listed on the Customer Support page in the FAQ section and at checkout.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on location – please review this information carefully before ordering.
  • Delivery is considered complete once the products arrive at the address you provided. Responsibility for the goods passes to you at that point.

8. Late Delivery

You may cancel your order immediately if:

  • We refuse to deliver your products, or
  • Timely delivery was essential and we discussed that before placing the order.

If you don’t wish to cancel right away, you may give us a new reasonable deadline. If we still fail to deliver, you can then cancel your order.

Note: The right to cancel due to late delivery does not apply if the late delivery is caused by the carrier.

9. International Deliveries

We only ship to mainland countries that are part of the EU and to certain islands – a list of these countries and islands can be found on the Customer Support page in the FAQ section and at checkout.

  • Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes.
  • We aim to include all applicable fees in our rates, but ultimately all import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please contact your local customs office for more details before placing your order.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws of your destination country. We are not liable if you break any such laws or if customs authorities confiscate your order.
